QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN!
StopGap places high premium on quality service delivery. Thus our Quality Assurance Plan and Management System provides for improvement procedures that are overseen by a Team responsible for promoting, monitoring and evaluating quality-related activities to advance Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
In addition, our Quality Assurance Strategy consists of methodologies which include both retrospective (Reactive) and prospective (Proactive) components that enables us and our clients to track performance in meeting benchmark criteria.
The plan is designed to meet the following objective:
- To use a systematic process to assess objectively the quality of services provided to our clients
- To use a systematic process to assess and ensure safe practices and safe work environment
- To implement corrective action when issues or opportunities for improvement are identified
- To assess work procedure in order to ensure strict compliance to job specifications, standards and HSE.
